My Story

I'm Mike Price, and I've spent the last 20 years getting to know Central Utah real estate better than just about anyone. I'm a REALTOR® with Heritage Realty Group LLC, based right here in Spring City — and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I serve Sanpete, Sevier, Millard, and Juab Counties, and I specialize in residential homes, land, cabins, rural properties, and mountain homes. I have a particular soft spot for working with first-time homebuyers — there's nothing quite like helping someone find their first place and watching that moment when they realize, "This is it."
